  1. Its the freedom that the country was born into. People have forgotten that the great compromise point is the constitution and radical freedom at a high price. Franklin said it well, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." A whole lot of laws shouldn't exist in the first place as a violation of pursuit of happiness.

  2. Sad sad, but I still blame the political polarization that makes this all possible. This is the rationally expected outcome of a decade of race baiting. Kid was obviously too dumb to think for himself, I blame the parents for not teaching him how to resist the propaganda.
