  1. A lot of guys have the social skills of a rock. I know that during my teen years and most of my twenties I was absolutely oblivious to many social things. In situations where women find themselves being pursued by a guy they don't like they need to be kind but they also need to draw a hard boundary that is very apparent so that even the blind can see it. "Thank you for the compliment, but I am not attracted to you nor will I be for the foreseeable future. I am not saying that you are a bad person, just that we are not meant for each other."

  3.  @theguybehindyou4762  Girls by age 12 are more socially proficient at these things then men at age 26. It starts at birth, girls pay attention to people, boys pay attention to things.
