  2. The last time there was massive amounts of public talks on space aliens it was propaganda to cover people spotting secret spy planes during the cold war. This time around its about drones.

  4.  @johnj8639  Area 51 was a test base for new spy planes, and that is why it is associated with space aliens. During the same time frame CIA was doing electric coolaid tests and the like, secretly drugging people with hallucinogens.
