  1. My normal self looked inward at my angry self, and we made a deal. My normal self and angry self identify goals that are suitable to both. This pacifies both. For example, being strong goes with having a good looking body and also is useful in a fight. Fertilizer is great for growing flowers and knocking down buildings. Angry me and happy me are on the same team. Edit: I have literally been around the Earth five times. Traveling is good but I recommend embracing your shadow as a better option first, being fully aligned with yourself is useful while traveling as well.
