@Generally2310 you are wrong ! Venezuela has been borrowing billions from China but the government of Venezuela ( Chavez / Maduro ) has consumed it ! Mean while it's own people are starving to death ! This is a typical pattern of a communist regime at its best ! The Russians after overturning its imperlist they starved it's 25 millions of its own civilians to death , so did China , China starved 75 million of its own to death ! The north Koreans starved 3.5 million of its own to death ! Communism is only good until all of its money taken from the rich is depleted ! And the rest is what you see !
