So councilwoman Palmer originally was OK with permit for height exception for this developer and approved it to be almost 3x the standard, then the building collapses, now she wants to classify it as a land grab opportunity. This council is totally lost in confusion...before the developer should be able to do anything, they should be held accountable for repaying the city back, along with all the surrounding businesses, for all the money and costs that were lost and expended on this fiasco.
