  1. Easy question...were there funding stops in other parishes? If not, then it's probably safe to say that state is concerned that Mayor Latoya is sending city into a major financial crisis.

  2. FYI...state is not making much money from New Orleans. It's all tourism tax $$$...no tourism, no money. It's counterintuitive to believe that the state is freezing money on potential investments that would increase tourism dollars...IMO the state is concerned about WHO is in control of WHERE those revenues are derived...Hence Mayor Lock It Down Latoya.
