  1. Just follow the money trail...I'm sure it will lead somewhere into Cantrell's pockets. She was mis-allocating funds way back when she was on council, but citizens elected her as mayor in first term anyway. Then she economically shut down the city, and they re-elected her for 2nd term. At this point, she probably believes it's ok to steal and cheat her way through her last term...like cruise control now.
