  1. NO East is a war zone. Between HighRise and TwinSpan people have been shot on the I-10, there are consistent shootings and murders on Chef Highway, recently a deputy and landlord were shot while serving an eviction notice in one of the rundown rental complexes...Facts do not lie. If you want to change the image, then you need to clear out the trash that live there.
