  1. Wait...I thought the Mayor's youth program was a success. So her approach of reducing, or eliminating, incarceration for these types of crimes is actually causing an increase in carjackings and other violent crimes by juveniles...go figure. How about we charge these juveniles as adults, and send them to big boy and girl jail, because this liberal approach is not working.
    2
