  1. Maybe the the layoffs should start at the mayor's office, specifically her. City has been mismanaged for too long...she locked everything down, which caused a major drop in sales tax revenue, now she wants to play catchup with new tax gimmicks. Poor leadership leads to poor results, here is the evidence.
