  1. High on drugs, resisting officer's orders, points gun at officer = Death Penalty. Based on body camera video and store camera video, JP Officer's did an excellent job at trying to deescalate the situation, but suspect refused to comply and became aggressive, drew a weapon, and fired a round...recipe for disaster. Sorry for his family, but police officers have a right to go home to their loved ones also.
