  1. If you draw a weapon in a fight, you better be prepared to use it. So if this guy drew his weapon on the store owner, and then owner shot in defense, it is justified. This city is becoming like the wild west, more of these incidents will be happening because citizens are tired of being victims and waiting for delayed police response. Self Defense is best defense.
