No surprise that Cantrell is opposed to suspending collection of fees for services that are not being provided. Right up her alley...charge people for services that they don't get...SWBNO, pay for water and drainage you don't get, pay for trash collection that doesn't happen. If she was a leader, she would hold back payment on the contractor, or cancel their contract for breach, and award it to a more responsive and available waste collection company. Very poor leadership, unfortunately she will probably get reelected. Wake up New Orleans.
