If police and DA were able to control the crime in the city, citizens would not need to take the law into their own hands. Hopefully, the courts will drop the case against this victim of crime, if not the criminals will have an even bigger advantage. Citizens should be able to protect themselves and their property without concern for legal repercussions...the police are not doing the job, so who is protecting the public from the thugs???
