  1. It's pretty clear that NOPD has lost complete control of the city. Jefferson, St. Tammany, St. Bernard parishes do not tolerate this type of lawlessness. If someone jumped on a police cruiser in any other city, their butt would be in lockup facing numerous charges (creating a disturbance, destruction of property, battery on police officer...). In New Orleans, cops are afraid to arrest anyone, as they may have charges brought against them, possibly lose their jobs, or even worse...be shot at. It is time to bring in National Guard and have them take over law enforcement in NOLA.
