  1. Why would Governor include any New Orleans Council or Law Enforcement members in his Task Forces? They have been a total failure thus far, and are the main reason we needed a Task Force in the first place...to get stuff fixed. Hopefully, the Task Force finds that the real problem is the city leaders not doing their jobs and recommends an overhaul of the entire city government, mayor included.
