  1. A matchmaker contacted my parents to set up a date at a restaurant where I trained the 5 star staff. I met her and we ordered. She told me her family was invited. I said this was our date, not with her family. She went to the restroom so the head waitress told me her family had done this before. I signed our tab so it was paid. Her family and relatives arrived and we did the formalities. We finished and I suggested we leave but she wanted to stay with the family. "Are you going to pay the bill?" I told her I already signed it. An hour later she called with a lot of screaming...well... ha, ha.

  6.  @rusticheritage  I only worked at the restaurant when I trained the staff years ago. I taught them not panic or get bent out of shape. They followed procedure not creating a scene in the restaurant. Being a loose cannon at every situation gets you into trouble. Be professional!!

  9.  @MiniZaid0510  I know, that's in China. Also depends on who you know. Of course it looks "cheap", but the money is in my pocket. I don't mind spending money for an honest gathering. In the US, I signed my table for 2 check. Her relatives sat at a separate large table and guess what happened??
