  1. At least the plan to handle pandemic Bill Gates had, failed. The US dropped out from the WHO, Argentina did as well, and hopefully other will follow. In Italy a proposal was already presented to the parliament. Hopefully it will pass. Bill Gates is the major contributor to the WHO, through his foundation. He is the man behind this tragedy. I am sure he knew everything from the beginning, I can't think otherwise.
