  1. Sure, it's over, but Uganda's government still asks to do a PCR test when you leave the country, and one to enter. I almost got stuck in the country because I didn't have the PCR test, and it was too late to do one at the airport clinic in Entebbe. I manage to get on the airplane anyway, tricking the security. A test when you leave is just a scam, it makes no sense at all. But since I'm smarter, I entered with a fake test, and got out without one.
