  1. 10:19 I would be very skeptical of the 20x return in 4 years. Some private equity firms have a reputation of buying distressed companies then doing some financial engineering (but not actually increasing sales) then flipping the company at a much higher price (through an IPO) because it looks a lot better on paper.
