Overlooked in the video is that fact that Bush administration deserves the credit for starting the COTS (Commercial Orbital Transportation Services) program -- effectively funded the Falcon 9 and saved SpaceX with the CRS missions. Obama deserves credit for the Commercial Crew stuff (the fruit which will be bore in the coming 2-3 years). Also Dragon 2 no longer has landing legs (no more Red Dragon)
