As an autistic socialist myself I think you're welk motivated but leaning too heavily into ableist tropes of being think, head injury, gullible... maybe too much into the idea of humiliation because that's very patriarchal authoritarian BS and schoolyard bullying as well - it's all part of the lies of hierarchy as a singular scale of wealth and goodness that the far right but into, run from and use to other people as well. I don't think ut really helps the overall fight compared to actually talking accurately about values and cultural conservatism from a fully united platform against bigotry. We can't stand against cuts in the NHS or social care with a deterministic "feckless thickos" message, it just makes your hate figures treated that way into proxies, their maligned counter-cultural underdog bulldog. Which is exactly the narrative that Jeremy paxman's book Empire suggested was the message that sold the horrors of colonialsm. And whilst there's plenty of ableism in the far right, I don't think it helps the left for the above reasons and because of trust issues. Like Tony Benn said - look how government treat refugees, they'd do it to you if they could cwt away with it. Abd I think it applies to casual ableism, monstering people through "metaphor" of neurological injury and disability. We don't need to monster people, it's bravery and clearer just to be accurate.
