  1. I going to call BS on this one. New Orleans is but "ONE" of many cities in the U.S. today experiencing overwhelming levels of crime and violence. Everybody knows what the issues are and what it would take to begin to fix them. Except, there isn't a desire to go where that road leads. Just keep voting for the same people and policies and you're going to continue to get what you voted for.
