  1. This is NOT going to fix anything. Computer, robots, churches.... well fix nothing. You 1st have to enforce the laws (zero tolerance), 2nd retain violent offenders, 3rd if convicted lock them up (no goodtime). A potential criminal MUST FEAR THE CONSEQUENCES. Law Enforcement requires the COOPERATION and RESPECT of the community. Not having to confront the same violent offenders the next day will go a long way in bring back the New Orleans Police Department.
