  2.  @leighannclements7849  How can you say he didn't know it was the Police, the flashing blue lights, sirens and battenburg markings on the vehicles are a give away, and it's not as if he didn't have previous experience with Police as he's been arrested and convicted before.

He was asked 12 times to exit the vehicle, with the vehicle flagged for firearms the day before, and him having numerous firearms convictions they were forced to shoot to stop him endangering Police and the Public.
