  1. She was never summoned for jury duty though so it was just a pure scam that played on her fears due to her job. No inside job. Scammers use spoofing software that hijack other people’s phone numbers so they could make it appear they were calling from the courthouse. Doesn’t mean they actually were - they’re usually doing it from another country all together
