  1. 1:36:32 Btw - it’s not actually a red flag that someone who calls 911 just blurts out a story before they even give a location. It’s actually a very common instinct, especially these days where people think that emergency services can instantly see where they are on our screens. It’s called “blurting” & many many innocent people just start to say what’s happened or what they think has happened as soon as we answer the phone. It can actually be quite difficult to get a location out of some people, particularly if they go through an operator prior to getting onto the police, ambulance or fire service. Part of it is often people just wanting help asap so they don’t want to waste time with basic information that we need.
