She tries initially to make it seem like an accident, then she throws her Mum under the bus at every given opportunity.

  5. Although people are extremely judgemental & decide that others are guilty based on extremely limited information, so the “town treating her differently” means nothing. It’s also understandable for the family to blame her & not want her at the funeral even if it was a complete accident. Now their weird behaviour at the time says a lot, but other people’s judgement doesn’t.

  6. She says a few things that are distancing her from him. “I woke up to a little boy in the bathtub” not “I woke up to find my nephew had drowned”. But I can’t see any evidence that she did murder him - more like she just tried to cover up the crime for her mother.

  7. Ok this is weird from start to finish. That 911 phone call is bizarre - I know some people are eerily calm in emergencies, but her call was just so blasé until it sank in to the dispatcher that this was a drowned child & she realised she should be upset. And those were the worst instructions to give CPR ever 🤦‍♀️ Even though the dispatcher was caught off guard, he gave terrible CPR instructions. Then it sounded like the grandmother was trying to admit fault while on the phone to the other daughter & was saying that so much was going on. Then Tonina’s interview was just bizarre too. Oddness all round 😳 Poor baby.

What a weird, narcissistic thing to say - that there’s no way YOU would have drowned by accident at that age 😳 Young kids do drown from accidents all the time - infant’s heads are very large & heavy compared to the rest of the body, & they have very low muscle mass, which makes them top heavy so if they slip they can have difficulty getting themselves up. They can also fall asleep in the bath & drown. There are toddlers who have drowned accidentally in a dog bowl, paddling pool & a few cm of water. I don’t think this case was accidental, but accidents do happen.

  10. Tonina - 37:26 “I swear I woke up to him... I didn’t hear anything” Those seem like two very contradictory statements. From her bizarre behaviour & weird narcissistic, withdrawn statements “I woke up to a little boy in the bathtub”, it sure sounds like she woke up to her mother murdering that poor child & she helped her try to make it look like an accident 🤔
