I’m so sorry for you & your son. I just had a simple but effective idea to get media attention & protest peacefully - put black armbands/ribbons on every statue, light post, tree etc that you can - it will attract media attention to mourn the death of Democracy & the Constitution. Simple, inexpensive & won’t put you at risk if you do it discreetly. Encourage everyone you can to do the same. BE the change & let Dump & his minions know America will NOT bend the knee! This Congressmen just told us that putting pressure on politicians works.

It’s good to hear from a Congressman that the pressure DOES work. What is so bizarre about this is that the decent people & the ignorant, apathetic ones are THE MAJORITY BY FAR! But then Hitler, Putin & other dictators have taken over countries with minorities too. But that was before social media & instant communication. We have MUCH more ability now as well as power! But we need the few leaders of change to get organised & active & we need to get active & get behind them. We need to mobilise the biggest PEACEFUL protests against Dump & this anti-humane EVIL regime that the world has ever seen! PLEASE 🙏 be one of the leaders. I’m Australian so all I can do is this - appeal to you guys to realise your power. What is happening is SO WRONG & it’s terrifying. Not just that a country, for all its faults, has been a world leader in championing equality & democracy but is facing literal Nazism style white supremacy & suppression of women being implemented & quite possibly of being manipulated into destroying itself from within (you think those cosy chats between Putin & Dump are a coincidence?) but also this is going to reshape the world order & threaten us all. China already stepped up to offer trade deals with Colombia. Every relationship with an ally Dump is manipulated into destroying, will be scooped up by the other superpowers. People need to ACT NOW! Not sit back like the proverbial frog waiting for the water to boil saying “told you this would be bad”. Please help motivate others to act & join with the people already creating action. Flood the White House, Dump’s evil hires with calls & emails & bring them to a standstill. We have social media. We have technology. We can create flash mobs of strangers dancing & gathering worldwide attention in literal minutes. I’m an Aussie so I can’t do much from here but encourage you guys that see the danger to act. The social media was proven to be full of fake accounts from Russia & China during Dump’s first campaign - all stirring up fear, hate, division & encouraging like-minded people who had been keeping it under their hats due to equality & other progressive humane laws. Emboldening them & encouraging Dump to recognise them & give them status gave them power. And they are using it. I am truly afraid that if Americans don’t mobilise en masse PEACEFULLY & NOW before these vile hateful people have consolidated power, that America will be knocked out of its place in the world order & facing domestic terrorism & worse in the coming months. Especially because they’re heavily relying on people to sit back & say “we told you so. You made your bed 🤷‍♀️” as well as absolutely flooding the media with sheer volume of horrendous actions so while people are caught up in … say… Elon Musk’s disgusting actions, they can forge ahead with their plans to dismantle democracy. Flood every method of contact they have. Doorstop them like journalists do. And find the people organising the resistance & become an active part of it. Support the lawyers & watchdog organisations like CREW - Citizens for Responsibility & Ethics in Washington who will go after him in court & get federal judges to block his Executive Orders. Join any peaceful protest in your local area. Put big black armbands/ribbons on every statue, every tree, every light post in your town & attract media attention. Organise friends, family, neighbours, community groups etc to hire buses to go to protests. Think up novel, but safe ways to engage people & attract attention (remember how during Covid lockdowns people would put up signs to communicate with others or start online dancing or … I don’t know. Whatever you do - whatever your strengths are, get active & put massive pressure on the government to let them know this will NOT be allowed to happen in America. Find the people who have been planning for this for the past 4yrs & have plans in the works & join them or support them, even if it’s just by getting messages out on social media & encouraging people like I am. Just stand up & be counted. There are over 321,000,000 Americans & only 77,284,118 voted for Dump. And many of them are regretting that decision already. YOU ARE THE MAJORITY!
