@angelskyy6574 Different institutions usually have their own. Medical & other students doing human anatomy get a cadaver (human body) to dissect each semester/year & there are also those which are ‘typical’ examples of anatomy or are unusual so are dissected really carefully & professionally, which become medical specimens.

@DJTLYFE They are really real. They just look that colour because there’s no blood or bile colouring things. But they are real human beings who very kindly donated their bodies to help educate
