  1. BPD in people like Justine is so difficult. People like her usually bounce between the police, ambulance, hospital & mental health facilities for years until they die or end up in prison. They ring the ambulance or police 2, 3, 4 times in one day. They don’t know how to be by themselves, just with their own company. They constantly create drama to get attention from people because at heart they have a massive fear of abandonment. So they hurt themselves or threaten to hurt themselves to make people care. But they push people away at the same time to try to draw them closer. Apparently it is treatable now though, and if they truly commit to treatment, they can have good results. Particularly as they often grow out of some of the traits of BPD as they get older. If they get older.
