  1. How are people meant to help when no description of the attacker or the dog. Dog walkers usually recognise other dog walkers if they use the same routes. White or coloured man? Breed of dog? Large dog or small? All this sort of description helps people recognise the offender. It's unbelievable that the police do not release that information unless ordered not to!!
