  1. As a former officer you already have these officers judged and convicted already. Please inform me as a retired police officer how you came to your conclusion as to why the suspect should have not been stopped. I mean have you spoken to the officers already and found out why they stopped the suspect.. Please give us you expert experience and insight on this subject matter..I mean you already have this case wrapped up. I have this video and all I have seen is the camera move around so much it's just so hard to see actually what they have done...I see a suspect not cooperating with the officers and they are trying to get control of his hands and an out of shape officer who can't run a block without running out of breath

  2. Please tell me at what frame in the video these officers are guilty of what they are accused of doing? This video is choppy at best.
