  3. QE is just a workaround to the governments voluntary rules not to have the BoE directly financing it. The result is the same. The BoE can provide any amount of bank reserves.

  4. I doubt Trump "wants" a crash, he probably doesn't understand the system. He does seemingly prefer a mob boss approach though.
