It doesn't even make logical sense, even if Texas were preparing for a fight against the Federal government, they wouldn't be transporting mechanized troops to the border, Border Patrol doesn't have any mechanized equipment aside from Humvees and maybe trucks, if a military conflict were to break out it wouldn't be fighting a military force on the border, that's wasteful, and if you think the the illegal aliens have any mechanized troops you're insane, these vehicles would be absolutely useless on the border.
