  2.  @nootboot9744  Actually it is the right of the citizens to represent the militia, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, so yes he does have a right to defend people, the doctrine of self-defense means defense of the innocent against the wicked as well, (the list of self-defense goes self, family/friends, community, locality, region, nation in that order, so long as you don't start violence you have a right to finish it) its not escalation when you didn't start anything, truly to remove the escalation you must exterminate the problem, that's not escalation, that's finishing the fight. And if the rioters only escalate because they feel invincible because they're undisciplined children, you punish them for their crimes, adhere to justice, and destroy the wicked, and you erase their fear of justice, they can no longer make others fear for their life, we have not only a right, but an obligation to do this.

First off there is no "non-lethal" bullet wound, if you're going to fire a gun at someone, you are aiming to kill, real life is not a game or movie, you can't ensure disarmament of someone with a bullet, only a dissolution of threat. A headshot is always justified in self-defense. Secondly if you are at fear of threat on your life, execution of that threat will always be justified, especially when the person is using something capable of lethal force (any hard object like a rock, a taser, a car, and of course a gun) Also its semi-automatic, automatic as an offhand term is incorrect, you have fully automatic, as it pull trigger and spray until hand is off trigger, and semi-automatic, where one trigger pull equals one shot, load the chamber, trigger pull for next shot. The concept of automatic merely stands for automatic chamber loading, as alternative to that being bolt action or pump action.

  10. It will always be harder to control not just because of ROF but because of weight too, lighter weapons push up quicker in full auto, least if you have front weight you can reduce that but the whole thing is lighter then the AKM.

  15. As far as statistics from April go, it really wasn't even remotely bad, most of the fear was developed from the rare complications, and in most cases it was senior home recklessness. (and from what we know of the May statistics so far, that didn't change)

The law is made for those who won't follow it, not for those who would, you don't write law for those who will follow the law, any law that punishes law abiding citizens is an evil, demonic law that spills innocent blood, that's how you kill innocent people, that's why the children were killed. Take look at any mass shooting here and you'll see they occur in gun free zones exclusively, and the few shootings that happen in gun allowance zones never get more then a few injured or a few killed. (and note the most effective mass killing in the US wasn't done with a gun and was before any of our gun laws existed, it was done by a bomb in the 1930s) That's the abomination of the issue. Lets ask as well how many people die by gun deaths? The FBI tracks it at as even less then children aged 1-5 dying by poisoning of laundry detergent per year, why don't we lock laundry detergent up? There are more deaths from poisoning, medical negligence, car accidents, and much more separated then deaths by all guns combined and even the US government has statistically found that defensive use of firearms stands at around 500,000 incidents a year at least, which is more then any criminal deaths or criminal use of firearms in the US by about 1000%. Mass shootings are also not even statistical footnotes and the US is not unique in the amount people being killed by weapons, (especially in the case that you actually count mass shootings as criminal homicide, they literally disappear from the statistics of criminal homicide, you can't even point to a single bit of the data on a chart where the shooting took place, and that's not unique to guns) and with our size and lack of a homogeneous culture with fairly highly poverty and bad mental care its no surprise that our criminal elements are as active as they are, especially with our corrupt government. Tell me what law would've prevented a all these shootings, I am asking you seriously, give me a law that would have prevented the shooting.

  21. Don't most RPGs have a max range before they detonate? Still stupid as hell, I wouldn't trust 40+ year old Russian engineering with explosives, but I'm pretty certain that they're supposed to detonate after a certain amount of time once ignited, so its like a really stupid firework. I know like the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and most Middle Eastern insurgents who fought against airpower would fire RPGs in the air at just the right range to start causing aircraft (specifically choppers) problems.

I always find it a bit disheartening that even people with a lot of experience with guns still forget one of the number one rules of firearm safety, don't put your finger on the trigger unless you're prepared to kill the thing you're aiming at. (and the second being don't aim it at something you're not prepared to kill)

Human trafficking, gang murder, and violent crime caused by poverty in the most government regulated regions of the US where the rule of law means practically nothing.

Did you know, even before the Yemen civil war and all the Yemen chaos, they had practically no regulation on firearm ownership, you could own fully automatics with less government overreach then rifles in Texas. Also happened to be the second most armed populace behind the US, apparently now in Yemen you could easily purchase even explosives.

I always wondered why if they're gonna make helical mags why they don't have a mechanic to release the the crank under a certain amount of tension to prevent breakage, I know there's mechanical manners to do it, be more expensive to manufacture, but so is a damn helical mag in the first place, it idiot proofs the grunt equipment, obviously in not being simple it still doesn't work in high debris environments but that's never really the biggest concern, it can still be useful for armor and vehicle operators at least.

Seizing property is an assault on the individual, an assault of force on an individual should be met with self-defense, they have a right to ownership of said triggers, if they start actually seizing triggers from private individuals and nobody threatens or does shoot them for it that is a problem. If a revolution does not spawn in that attempt, the 2nd Amendment will have objectively been failed.

Just gonna say training doesn't do crap for soldiers in high adrenaline situations, burst fire is optimal and honestly all a regular rifleman needs in most cases cause you are not gonna be very effective using a rifle for suppressive fire beyond say 50 meters if that. And full auto practically useless in most small arms as its a waste of ammo and logistics and you lose a massive amount of accuracy and it will cause you to constantly reload. The only point of full auto is suppressive fire, something rifle doesn't need all that often and most certainly even less in say a squad or larger unit.
