Simple reason why I find Adam's side much more credible when Tim and Adam's accounts diverge is because Adam readily admits multiple times about him screwing up, going overboard, or otherwise actually feeling remorseful for things he did which he wasn't so sure it was justified while Tim shows no remorse and does not admit to doing much of anything wrong and goes on to justify his actions without any self-reflection whatsoever. He never even says "Yeah maybe it was a bad choice on my part, maybe I did do something wrong, but that's in the past", he makes up excuse after excuse after excuse. If you have to excuse yourself so often for clearly wrong choices, especially when you don't understand the value the other side has long been bringing, like seriously Tim has such an ego for which he then tries to excuse on others and claims he didn't have ultimate control over every circumstance regarding the business, like when an accountant starts saying someone makes too much money on a fractional percentage cut only they receive well below half that makes absolutely no sense and Tim should've easily been able to question if he cared. No Tim keeps trying to excuse his actions especially onto other people, Adam multiple times doesn't excuse his actions onto anyone else and explains the reasoning for his actions without trying to redirect the blame.

@StarfishPrime1969 Two eyewitnesses supporting each other without aiming to conflict will also tend to always be more accurate, granted not always, but with husband and wife its a lot harder to say they are incorrect unless they heavily talked about what happened in the aftermath which I don't feel like Adam and his wife did much, seems especially Adam didn't want to talk about it too much which probably often included his wife, hence why she corrected him since he would probably otherwise not said anything that disagreed with her publicly. Just more demonstration that Adam is likely telling the truth since she not only didn't speak out on anything else but that she did demonstrates she knows enough about the facts that she can confidently say things over him and he's actually not even disagreeing with her premise. Basically her disagreement with his few likely incorrect bits demonstrates how much more honest they both are.

@Giantsfanlewis No, Neil Young signed with the record company before he made the music, this isn't the same thing because the NDA was assigning ownership after it already existed, Neil gave up his rights to make the music, Adam made the music and podcast on his own initiative with his own form of risk only for Tim to try and claim it as his with the NDA after the fact. This argument is stupid. Also no, ownership of materials used to produce something doesn't make it yours else Tim would've already owned it and the NDA would've been pointless, that argument is equally dumb. Adam didn't have any capacity to know that his stuff wouldn't be his before he made them and there was no reason to expect that would've been the case before their production, it was assumed out of thin air after they were produced with the NDA.

@loneblade201 What are you talking about? He pulled 10k viewers on that stream alone, that's a very successful livestream, not to mention his average viewers and subscribers are nothing insignificant for someone kicked off of a show with over a million subscribers.

@loneblade201 Eh, that metric is still pretty nonsense by anyone with a slight bit of IQ, as time alone is 75% of the numbers, but I can see if we stupidly compared apples to oranges then yes, it can seem like a failure. Not calling you stupid, but those who actually go and do that I will call them being stupid most certainly.

@DoubleBob Tim is in the least a naraccist and that's the primary reason why he fired Adam alongside the money, Adam challenged his beliefs and claims and you could see Tim get frustrated or annoyed every time that happened, something very few other people do and something nobody else does so regularly in a way that can be claimed to be factual, even Shamus and Luke don't question Tim regarding facts or claims.

I don't care what he has to say." while calling the person that you said you "don't care what he has to say" a liar. Almost makes you look like a fraud and childishly obsessed fan of Tim without any capacity to think critically at all.
