  1. Another question: Is a baby of rape or incest a human life? If your answer is yes then the rape and incest question is literally a worthless deflection. What did it do to be killed? How about this: Did you chose your parents? If the suggestion is that we get autonomy to chose our lives without responsibility thrust upon us, who gets to chose their financial circumstances when they're born? Do we get to chose the social contract we live by? That means do we get the chose every law we are gonna live under? No? Where is your self-autonomy there then? Or how about the time you live in? Do you get a choice of that? Again no. So lets ask the simplest question: If you are put into a responsibility that you did not voluntarily chose, are you required to be responsible for that? Say your kid runs out in front of a car and both his legs are irreparably busted, are you still responsible for taking care of the child despite being a much more massive burden you didn't chose? This question sounds silly to compare but its logically equal to rape and incest, your child took away your choice in the responsibility (and is in fact already being punished for it) and now must be taken care of, under rape a rapist also takes away your choice in the responsibility (obviously his punishment should be capital) but now you must take care of your child who you have been burdened with, least until you can put it up for adoption if you're incapable of taking care of it. (or you may not want it or feel it wouldn't live well with you, which for the latter I'll tell you now you are absolutely wrong but that's your choice then)
