Canadian resident phd's are being recruited, by American hospitals, while they are still doing their resident time.

  34. Karen -- good for you! Unfortunately, pharmacare will bankrupt any province/country that institutes it. Saskatchewan, the Canadian birthplace for Universal Health Care, used to have pharmacare, and eventually eliminated it.
