  2. and they always use examples from experimental pilot programs only active in a 1 or 2 cities when the actual national system just tracks if people are financial fraudsters or avoid paying loans stopping them from taking even more loans or opening a business

  4. most Chinese people havent, its only if a few cities where pilot versions of this system actually affect daily life in any way, like the dog care system, where if you arent a responsible dog owner (like you dont pick up your dogs turds at the park) it can eventually lower your score on dog ownership to 0 and then your dog will be confiscated until you take a class on how to be a dog owner or another pilot system that covers online gaming, where if you cheat it leads to your internet speed getting lowered
