  4. If you set your mind to creating a structure with a density of 1 million residents per square kilometer, you could make something that is at least 10 times more livable and safe than KWC. I think with enough planning, you could get something that is more livable than most dense housing, as this would be integrated with business, schooling, food, although I fear it would be a bit of a "food desert" as in you wouldnt have the best access to all the raw ingredients to cook all your own food, but if you regulated, or municipally ran some of the food places to be like Communal Canteens as seen in the past 4 years in some place in China, you wouldnt have as big of a determent from that.
