  1. I see a compromise here: As the startup capital of the east coast, someone should design an app (similar to the food truck tracking app) for all nearby food carts. Albeit, the City of Raleigh would need to allow these vendors to operate along the periphery of Glenwood South -drunk people will surprisingly walk long distances for food, they won't notice a thing. My concern is we may start seeing more drunk driving; either in search for late-night food or due to not having had enough carbs to absorb the alcohol.
