The main question being asked with this case is whether Kim Potter (who saw Daunte Wright as a threat fleeing in a vehicle, allowing him to potentially harm the public) had the right to use her firearm in the moments leading up to Duante getting struck. If yes, then mistake or not, she had justification. There's a complex set of circumstances that brought our country's PD to view every eggshell they step on through the strict lens of justification.

  3.  @OromeVala  I'm sorry you feel that way, please work hard to address these feelings. If it doesn't work, there's always a need for public speakers atop the soapboxes of CHAZ -they too deal in selective facts and blind generalizations.
