  1. It's economic, Marjorie. And need not even be related to wages but rather how many hours they're getting every week. I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that this giant spike in resignations is overlapping with a giant spike in 'hair styles/color etc'. More people than ever are WFH, so I'd wager that people's hair is seen/cared about far less (of course, I don't know if all +4M job resignations are from the office or not).

After Jussy Smolly and other idiocy these past few years, I tend to not jump on the race train every time chews. And no, a video or boycott going viral can do what surveys cannot, I'll give you this example that didn't require a survey: Southwest, an economic airline option, recently had 30% of flights canceled when their competition had 2% in the same recent time window (an unprecedented jump; so I throw that BS excuse of 'weather issues' to the trash). I believe these resignations are vaccine mandate-related.
