  3. I see, @ABCXYZ-sz9gh  -yes the problem with spotlighting what you bring up means that Biden accepts that (under two terms w/ Obama) he allowed billions to be spent in training the rebels who did not amount to much of a force. It would add to his image of reckless spending

  5. well had Trump really done nothing then Biden would have twice as many troops to withdraw, @ABCXYZ-sz9gh  As far as collapse: 1) the Afgan people never had an alliance to 'country' but rather hyper-local town + religion. 2) the Taliban ALWAYS existed in all levels of local society and they kept watch of troop activity from afar; they knew our bases were consolidating before we heard it on the news, that's how they got to Kabul so quickly.
