  1. the Siberia temperature chart did use Fahrenheit. It felt like it's just assumed that the watcher knows both systems, but indeed, that's usually not the case, SI/metric is much more understood worldwide

  2.  @BananaBlooD9517  I mean, I don't know what kind of "people from Europe" you're talking about, I assume southern? I live in Belgium and I'm about the same as you. ~23 or so is the best temperature, above that it is too hot, and I generally never see the need for winter coats (in Belgium temperature barely even gets into the negatives at winter, it's really mild, and summers are also mild)
