  1. I see it more as a tool to use to generate content when you don't have the money to buy it, or talent (and time) to do it yourself. Whether you call it "art" or not is semantics, really, I've seen lots of people be disturbed by equating AI art to normal art. I personally don't see an issue with it. The process is vastly different, and right now, so is the outcome, but it is just a different way to do it. I don't think it should be discounted as just another novelty. It could be there to stay

  2. really? I never ever looked at the backstory as important at all. Music is just music. If it sounds good, I'm in.

  3. It's interesting how people's approaches differ. I, for one, would have no issue whatsoever listening to stuff made by AI if it sounded good. The issue is rather that it is still pretty far away from sounding good enough. I listen for the melody, not the story behind it. But I agree that AI art should be labeled as such at all times to avoid confusion/misinformation
