  1. everything is seen through a racial lens with these left leaning people, GUESS WHAT WHITE areas lose land to developers too! the area I grew up in was the Chesapeake Bay but over the years developers have bought all the properties on the coast and built these 12 story condominiums that Block everyone view to the bay! and it caused local housing prices to soar as more and more rich people bought houses that working class families used to live in
