  1. redwoods grow so tall because of their climate teh fogs supplement their extra growth since they can have roots develop in the upper canopy that can take in water up there, there have been instance of other tree species grwoing on the upper branches of redwoods too. big moss pads form up there perfect for plant growth

  2. can someone confirm or deny that China plants trees in the deserts and forests appear? will this be long term? you just said like 95% of the water trees use is just evaporated without even using it
